Since my nose is on the short side, I was diagnosed that using costal cartilage would be better. I have heard most hospitals say this kind of thing a lot. I was debating between autologous costal cartilage and donor costal cartilage, and after the consultation at Highend, I became more set on donor costal cartilage. I read a lot of reviews before going, and when a hospital with only donor-cartilage reviews recommends donor cartilage, I immediately start wondering if they are not confident with autologous cartilage. Highend had more reviews about autologous cartilage, but after they listened to everything I had to say and still recommended donor cartilage, I was completely set on donor cartilage lol They also shaped the nose line really beautifully. The director's consultation style is not authoritarian, more the type who listens well. Other than the fact that you have to go into an alley to find the hospital entrance, so you can get a little lost, everything was good.
