The doctor had a very good impression and was kind, so the consultation felt comfortable. The director was also very kind. The doctor's consultation was very detailed and professional, so I felt I could trust them. More than anything, they seemed like a warm person, which made me trust them even more. My septum was extremely crooked, so they said they would use the septum and donor rib cartilage together to do something, but I don't really remember the details. They took the consultation seriously, so I left thinking they would probably handle the surgery and aftercare well, and I booked a surgery date. I'd recommend everyone go for a consultation once.
