This felt like the place that explained things the most carefully and accurately. The manager had worked there for a long time too, and after showing me before-and-after photos, they gave a general explanation of what kind of nose I wanted and what kind of surgery is usually done in cases like mine, and then the doctor came in. He looked at the CT and my nose and explained things in detail. First, they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and they said that after taking out the cartilage they put it in solution, check how much it bends, and then adjust the angle again. I felt like they would definitely handle side effects after surgery and post-op care really well. However, the cost is on the high side.
