The director has good aesthetic sense and a lot of experience. The clinic seems highly professional and trustworthy, but I feel that rather than explaining every piece of information to the patient one by one, the director makes many of the decisions personally. If you want an expert's touch to create the nose that suits you best, I would recommend this clinic. However, I felt that the explanations about the surgery and aftercare were lacking, and the director is not the type to explain every required piece of information or factor in detail either (they definitely seem confident and highly skilled in surgery, and seemed like someone you could trust). So I recommend preparing a proper list of questions before the consultation. If you ask first, they explain things very well and were respectful toward the patient. The consultation time was relatively short.
