The wait time was shorter than I expected, and the director gave a kind and thorough consultation. I had consultations at several places, and this was the kindest. But the consultation manager replies way too, way too slowly. If I contact them with a question, they reply seven hours later, and if I ask something again after they reply, they only contact me the next afternoon haha.. The director is really good, but thinking about communicating with the consultation manager makes me hesitate. Still, the director is appealing
