First of all, both the doctor and the director were kind. The wait time was not that long, and after taking photos, I had a consultation while looking at the photos and my reflection in the mirror. The director first explained the method and what needed to be done, and then the doctor came in and explained the surgery method in more detail. I felt a lot of trust in what they were saying. It did not feel like they were trying to make just any pretty nose, but rather like they were trying to make a nose that fit my face shape. They did mention a deposit, but it did not feel forced. I judged the cost to be reasonable, so I left a deposit
