I came for a consultation because the actual cartilage for nose lifting has to be done on the alar side. The doctor was kind and gave an impression of confidence. I guess it was because he handles so many difficult noses. But the price was pretty high even though it was local anesthesia, so I am thinking of going somewhere else too. Seriously, what is this worry because of one thread placed wrong in the nose? For now, he kindly told me to look around and come back. Since it is such a specialized surgery, I am hesitating.. They also took a CT scan and explained how the surgery would likely be done.
