There were not many people, but the consultation waiting time was extremely, extremely, extremely long.... After the staff at the front desk guided me to the consultation room, there was no explanation at all about how long I would need to wait, just endless waiting.. After more than 30 minutes, they said the doctor would be coming soon. I was a bit annoyed, but the doctor was very thorough in the consultation and explained the surgery while considering the balance of my whole face. In the end, the surgery I wanted did not match my facial shape, so he advised against it and told me ways to improve things. I liked that. He absolutely did not recommend unnecessary surgery and sincerely answered everything I asked. After the doctor consultation, I was supposed to meet the manager, but again the manager did not come for 30 minutes.. lol When I asked how much longer I had to wait, they said sorry and to wait just a bit longer, so I just left. They said the manager would call, but then only a chat message came and that was it. The doctor was good, but everything else was not great....
