I went all over the clinics famous for complete nasal removal and revision surgery. I went to Clinic A and here too, and I liked the straightforward style of giving me options 1 and 2 clearly. They told me it was my choice whether to go for complete removal or revision, and to think it over. In fact, based on my appearance, they said I could just remove everything and live that way. They told me I didn't need to worry about tip collapse, and that if there were any step-offs, there would be extra charges for alloderm and autologous costal cartilage. They said complete removal could be done without an open approach. They were kind in consultation despite being busy
