Silicone on the bridge (line refinement, contour + height correction, expected 2 mm ※the final height will be decided on the day of surgery) They said they would reduce the price by 100-150 if photos were disclosed. That was the consultation result I got, but they said the surgery would be done by closed rhinoplasty, and even if silicone were used for the tip, it would still go in through an internal incision (closed rhinoplasty). They said the surgery would be performed in the dermal layer rather than just under the skin, so there would not be much worry about visibility. But I could not really trust it. Why? Because the woman who consulted with me before I met the doctor... I do not know whether she had not looked at my nose or lacked expertise, but she spoke as if my nose needed to be completely fixed. She kept talking only about silicone, not autologous cartilage... Even for someone like me, who is just a beginner at plastic surgery, the consultation felt so overblown that I wondered, what is this even...? I was especially startled because I had been satisfied with the shape itself; my nose was just small and I only felt the height was a little lacking. Still, after I met the doctor right away, the doctor said the shape itself did not need to be touched at all and that maybe only about 2 mm, just a very small amount, would need to be raised from the current state... In the end, of course, ^^ the price ended up being cut in half compared with what the first consultant had mentioned... So I felt a bit... baffled and did not want to go through with surgery. I had gone there looking into Coselco because I did not want a major operation, but even though they said it was closed rhinoplasty, they said silicone would need to be inserted, so... I decided to leave without having surgery. If it is only going to be lifted by a few millimeters, I wondered why even do nose surgery... and I did not like silicone in the first place. My skin is thin, so I was worried about visibility... I really hate looking like I had surgery. My ideal is not an overly flashy nose.
