I had surgery with the head surgeon two years ago. The surgery time was shorter than expected, and because it was closed rhinoplasty, my condition was not bad starting the next day. The swelling was not completely gone, but compared with having had open surgery somewhere else before, recovery was faster even though this was a revision surgery. I had a revision because I did not want a sharp tip or an artificial-looking line, and it has not been absorbed as much as I worried it might be. Now it has improved naturally for my face. I am used to my changed face now, but when I look at photos from before the revision, I really think it changed naturally. It seems like a good surgery for people who want to avoid scars, want to become prettier without overdoing it, or are worried about side effects from implants.
