I've been around to a lot of places for nose consultations, and BNY was the sixth one. While I was consulting with the manager, they took photos and organized the direction I wanted. Then when the doctor came in, he looked at my nose and immediately explained what the problem was and how it should be corrected. Maybe because he has a lot of experience, but it felt like he could see the whole structure just by looking at my nose once. I said I was worried about raising the bridge, and he told me it would be better to do it without an implant, giving his reasons too, so it made sense. At other clinics they said silicone had to be inserted no matter what, but I liked that here there was a way to do it without putting anything in. The hospital facilities were clean and the atmosphere wasn't stressful, which I also liked. I was comparing different places, and this one had the clearest explanation
