I went because they are famous for removing melasma, but the director's consultation style felt like, if you're not going to do it, then don't bother. Like in the reviews, they explain the chances of success and say there can be side effects, but if I ask whether there are other treatments, they say this is the only one and they themselves don't know. They tell me to think it over and leave, and the director disappears in the middle of the consultation. I understand they're busy, but the attitude feels like they can't be bothered to explain, which is not pleasant. Other staff members were
