I went there from out of town. They told me there was an 80:20 chance of improvement. The person in front of me was told they would not benefit, so they could not get the procedure done. That made me trust them more. They also told me there was a 20 percent chance of side effects, that in that case it might become even darker, and that it could come back after a year, and then they told me to decide whether I wanted the procedure.
