I went after seeing it in the app, and maybe because it's a place that specializes in eyes, there were quite a lot of people, and since they used an entire building, it didn't feel small. I went alone because I saw a pair of eyes I liked in the reviews, and at first I heard the coordinators and other staff saying things like, "Looks like you came alone". After that, when I had the consultation, they were kind and detailed, which I liked. But when I talked with the doctor, maybe because he was busy or I don't know what the situation was, the consultation ended way too quickly, and it felt like he couldn't go over things carefully, so I ended up going somewhere else.
