Review

The staff at the desk were fine, but the consultation manager was arrogant and unfriendly when speaking with me. I was about to go ahead with it, but after seeing the manager I didn't want to do it there. The director was honest during the consultation. It seemed like they were doing things sincerely, so I felt trust in them. But even basic reservation management is not handled well there. I think they should use a different consultation manager.
