Review

I went for an eye consultation. The consultation manager's tone felt unpleasant. It was not just simple rudeness, but a tone like she was snapping at me, and acting like what she said was always right. She said, "I would say the same thing even if the director saw me!!" And she spoke way too fast. Even though the doctor consulted me well, I did not end up feeling like I wanted the surgery.
