Not especially kind, not especially rude. The director started praising his own hospital instead of consulting about my eyes from the very beginning. It was neither kind nor rude. The doctor's consultation did not take long. I guess the director had seen the memo from the earlier consultation, but he did not ask what I wanted and just said this and that had to be done, and that was it. His voice was very quiet, and he seemed tired, probably because he had just come out of surgery. Even though the surgery reviews are good, I am not drawn to it in my heart, so I do not plan to have surgery here.
