Eye Surgery review at Imijieop (이미지업) · 2019-03-14

I have been very interested in cosmetic surgery, so I have visited countless hospitals up to now, and among all the consultation managers I have met, the woman manager who looks the most senior and seems to be in her late 30s was seriously insanely rude and had a disrespectful attitude toward customers lololol. She seems like the worst among all the plastic surgery staff I have seen lololol. I am really the type with a gentle, quiet personality who hates causing trouble to others, so I absolutely never do anything that would make people want to curse at me first.. I swear there was no problem on my side T_T I felt like she treated me even worse because I looked young and easy to push around... I still get furious whenever I think about it T_TTTT Even now, I feel really disgusted lol. I would not be surprised if I called my friend right after the consultation because I was so angry^^ Her expression was totally sour, and she treated me like I was beneath her and looked down on me. I had gone there shortly after getting lower outer and lower inner canthoplasty done at another hospital, and she spoke as if my surgery had completely failed: “You had lower and lower inner canthoplasty??? It is totally obvious;; Are you satisfied;;;???;; You look much better before the surgery;;” (and she did not even know what my face looked like before surgery). Then, while looking at my current face on the monitor, she made a huge fuss like, “Heeeyaaahhhh~~~!!” and acted all over the top; It was so offensive and embarrassing, and I started to feel like maybe my surgery really had failed, and my self-esteem just kept dropping and my mood got so bad,,, and it had not been long since I had surgery at the time, and my original eyes were already very large, so it was not even the kind of thing that should have gotten that reaction, so I cannot understand at all why she would treat a customer so unpleasantly like that;; Besides, I had not even gone there for advice about that area, but she just kept talking about the lower and lower inner canthoplasty lol And not just that, every word she said throughout the consultation was,,, and it felt like she would not even let me speak, like what is that?; By the end of the consultation I was so drained that I was honestly exhausted Back then it was my first time being treated like that, so I was so shocked that I just sat there dumbfounded and could not say anything, but I still regret that to this day,,^^ I really hope they look at the staff's character before hiring them lol. Even here, there were more than a few complaints and insults about that manager, but do they not even search? As expected, I was not the only one who felt that way about her~ T_T And when I left after the consultation, she did not even say goodbye and lacked even basic manners Oh, and the director was extremely kind by contrast,, the surgery results were just so-so.. And the waiting time was way too long... If it was going to be that long, why even make a reservation time in the first place;
