I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time to wait... then a person who looked like the consultation manager came out to talk to me. The consultation lasted less than 5 minutes. They did not tell me anything useful... I went at the scheduled time, but they said the doctor could only see me an hour later haha. What??? At least tell me in advance?? Even if they had said one hour, it was obvious I would still end up waiting longer, so it really annoyed me. Not a single sign of apology, and they did not even say sorry. They need at least an hour of waiting, but they act so smug... I know my eyes are on the larger side and are not the type that would benefit that much from front, back, and upper canthoplasty, but I went for a consultation for a small improvement, and they were just too much. It looked extremely commercial. And from the outside it looked big, but once you go inside it is really small.. It was the most unpleasant and unprofessional place among the clinics I had consultations at. I did not even get to see the doctor, so I cannot judge them, but judging from how they manage things, it is obvious!!
