Since I was a child, I had bad dark circles and a habit of rubbing my eyes a lot. I'm in my mid-20s, and objectively my under-eye sagging was severe. As with any cosmetic procedure, I got a little scared of the side effects of under-eye fat repositioning while studying it. I went to consult at two famous places with long experience, and the result was satisfying. I found that congenital dark circles are not solved by getting a few laser treatments.
