My under-eye fat repositioning did not go well (deep hollowing), so I had fat added and tried injections too In the end, I had revision surgery *If you had the back-and-lower canthoplasty, it may not work out well *I would not recommend the front cheek fat grafting they suggest here After that, wrinkles formed from both eyes across to the outer cheeks Please only do what is truly necessary.. It is a simple surgery, but I had to keep going to the clinic for 9 months
