The consultation director was kind. They also explained aftercare carefully. They clearly said a facelift wasn’t needed, only reduction. But they use the fixer method, and unlike other hospitals, the doctor checked the elasticity of my scalp very carelessly - they grabbed my scalp and shook it around while checking, but here they just sat me down and checked it with their fingers.
