At first I went without booking a consultation and spoke with the manager. They were kind, but the lines sounded a bit mechanical... The next day I made an appointment and saw the doctor, and among all the hospitals I've consulted with, this was the most blunt doctor I'd ever met..... From a patient's point of view, having a knife pointed at your face is scary and stressful, but maybe they don't understand that feeling at all because it was really just so perfunctory.... I had to go out and ask the consultation staff about things I didn't understand..... Don't expect kindness..
