Review

I was disappointed that I only consulted with the manager, and this was the cheapest in terms of cost! But unlike several other hospitals, this one said that only a partial incision would be enough, whereas the other hospitals said absolutely not to do that because it was an eye where doing so would ruin everything... That made me a bit suspicious, and I started thinking I couldn't do it here.
