Review

If you don't say you're going to have surgery, only a consultation with the manager is provided, so it can feel less professional. Since it was almost closing time, it wasn't easy to get a sense of warmth from the manager during the consultation. I could feel confidence in the recommended surgery, but I wish I had also been able to consult with the director.
