I only met with the consultation manager and could not even have a consultation with the doctor. I went there to look into eyelid revision surgery, but the consultation manager cut me off and said I did not need surgery. I was pretty taken aback. I do not know whether they were trying to say it in a roundabout way because it is a difficult surgery or what.
