The consultation order was manager - doctor - manager. When I called to ask about a reservation, they said I had to visit the hospital first and wait. I went early because I thought there would be the fewest people when they opened, and after waiting about 20 minutes I consulted with the manager. I got a recommendation for partial incision and eye correction, then had a consultation with the director, but the director told me not to have surgery... so I left I guess because my eyes have a double fold, even if I had surgery there would not be a big change. Like in other reviews, the staff at the front counter are not very kind. The director seems to recommend only the surgery that is actually needed.
