I went for a consultation, and the coordinator first gave a brief explanation, but the surgeon was in surgery, so they said I would probably have to wait 3 hours for the consultation. Still, I wanted to consult with the surgeon, so I made another appointment and came back. The doctor did seem a little tired, but still explained things well, and the coordinator was kind, so I liked it.
