The consultation manager’s tone is bright and nice, but what she says could also come across as a little upsetting. If her tone were not bright, the listener could feel bad. She was bright, so I felt comfortable, and the doctor ... said, "This is this, that is that," and ended it there. It was a place where the 10,000-won consultation fee really felt wasted. If I try to think positively, it felt very routine, like, "This is my specialty!" But when you ask questions, it feels like they are annoyed. Well, kindness does not necessarily correlate with surgical skill, so I am still thinking about it.
