The staff at reservations or the main phone line were kind, but the assigned manager was just average. There was no commercial vibe, and they seemed to speak firmly about what needed to be said. I consulted with Director Kye Min-seok, and like most people who have consulted with him say, he does not say much unless you ask. He does not recommend surgery, and unlike the manager, he does not speak in a very forceful style. Overall, the clinic was pleasant and seemed professional. There were many patients, but the waiting time was not long.
