I consulted about lower eyelid fat repositioning, but do not put down a deposit lightly because they do not refund easily. The consultation manager was just so-so. At another hospital they said to do lower eyelid fat repositioning and under-eye fat transfer together, but here the director said to try lower eyelid surgery first and think about the fat transfer later if needed. I am still thinking about it.
