It was the first time I looked into bone-related surgery, so I went in knowing nothing, but they explained everything well while looking at the CT. There was definitely a difference between researching online and actually going there for a consultation. lol At first I thought the manager might be cold, but she answered every single question and even gave me time to write things down in my notes. There were quite a lot of people overall, so there was not zero waiting, and the doctor's consultation really carried the whole thing..
