It's been 4 years since I had cheekbone reduction surgery, and there have been no particular side effects. However, my personal dissatisfaction is that the 45-degree cheekbone area still feels wide. The side cheekbones did get smaller. It seems they performed the surgery safely without nerve damage or bone removal. They seem to prioritize safety above all else. I also went around for consultations because I wanted to have double jaw surgery too, but they said I was not a case for double jaw surgery.
