This is the surgery I am most satisfied with. It has only been about two years, so I do not know yet about sagging skin, but my face has gotten smaller and my symmetry has improved to some extent. The happiest part is that I can take photos without needing to retouch my face shape. I had it done in secret from my family and boyfriend, and nobody knows. I am really satisfied.
