When I was 20 and going around getting double eyelid consultations, I went here too, but they said I could only consult with the consultation manager, which was a bit ridiculous... The doctor was the one who would do the surgery, after all. They said I could consult with the doctor once the surgery was decided, but I did not trust it at all, so I just left after the consultation.
