If you do not make a reservation, you can only get a consultation with the director, but even that is hard to get. You have to wait a long time. The director consultation takes place right at the counter near the entrance. You can also get a quote at the same time. After the director consultation, you pay a deposit of 50,000 won, and then you can get a doctor consultation, but since I did not make a reservation, I do not know exactly how it works. Quite crowded
