I had double eyelid surgery exactly 2 years ago. I hesitated about the inner canthoplasty and didn't do it, but the upper canthoplasty was something the doctor said would be better, so I had it done and I'm satisfied. The upper canthoplasty scar is a little white, but it is barely visible. I had an inner fold, so when I looked in the mirror I didn't feel a huge change, but when I compared it to selfies I took before surgery, the difference was huge lol. It turned out really naturally and nicely, and my uneven eyes were corrected a lot too.
