The place where consultations happen is open, so it's very chaotic. The counseling manager seemed better at shaping the line than the doctor. After deciding on surgery, I paid the deposit and got a consultation with the director, but maybe because it was a difficult eye case, or maybe because he thought he couldn't do what I wanted, he said it wouldn't work, so I just left.
