I couldn't consult with the director, so honestly the doctor's friendliness doesn't seem that meaningful. The reason I went for a consultation was that the director has many years of experience and runs the clinic under his own name, which made it feel trustworthy. Looking at the overall reviews, it seems like the results are done with solid quality, but the price is on the higher side.
