About 10 years ago, right after taking the college entrance exam, I went with a friend to the area in Seomyeon where the plastic surgery clinics are, without making a reservation, just to get a consultation. I did not know anything, so I was wondering what to do, and in the end I got a recommendation and went to Lee Hak-su for a consultation with my mom. It may have changed, but when I went, the doctor did the consultation and used some kind of tool to shape the double-eyelid line while also telling me that I was opening my eyes from my forehead without realizing it! I also wanted something like canthoplasty, but because my horizontal length was long, he said I did not need that and only needed incisional surgery and eye correction. And he said he would not overdo it, that he would make it natural, and that if it were done like this I would not get sausage eyes, and if the line became smaller than now in about 10 years?... (I do not remember well) he said that if I wanted a revision then I could do it haha. After the surgery, if I did not say I had surgery, nobody could tell even with my eyes closed, and it turned out so naturally and well that I was satisfied! Now, 10 years later, I sometimes think the line may have become a little smaller than right after surgery, but my double eyelids are still in great shape!
