The director has a perfectionist style with precise analysis, and there are many things they tell you from perspectives that other people do not mention. It was the longest consultation I have ever had. I did not prepare that many questions, but every time the director answered one, more questions kept coming to mind, so the consultation seemed to drag on. Still, what material they would use differed from what I wanted, so I do not plan to do it here. - Consultation notes - My face is crooked, so my right nostril is larger. Asymmetry can be noticeable. We will match it as much as possible. You may have gotten used to it and not noticed before, but after surgery, the change in shape will stand out to you. The nose also bends to the right, and the right side is raised. Because it is asymmetrical, do not do alar reduction. If the septum is calcified, I will use ear cartilage. If the hump is shaved down, most people end up with an extremely narrow width on the opposite side.
