I went for a consultation because people on another café said this place was famous for rhinoplasty. The consultation followed the usual routine, just like other hospitals: consultation manager - doctor - consultation manager. I arrived at the hospital earlier than my appointment time, and since a patient who had already had surgery finished sooner than expected, my consultation started early, which was nice! The doctor was there for just one minute, looked at the CT, explained the condition of my nose, and then told me to ask anything I was curious about. If you are going to get a consultation, it would be good to think of your questions in advance. The doctor was really kind and answered in great detail. The consultation manager was polite at first, but then kept slipping into casual speech, almost like half-formal, half-casual speech? It was very unpleasant and not good at all. When I asked whether there were CCTV cameras in the operating room, they said there was no separate CCTV because it is a one-doctor clinic, but there was CCTV in front of the operating room door. When I asked if I could see the CCTV in front of the operating room after the surgery was finished, they said no haha. Still, for the sake of insurance claims for functional nose surgery, they gave me a small paper with the disease code listed under the insurance item, so I could check with the insurance company in advance, which was good. But because of the consultation manager speaking casually, and because my desire to have the surgery disappeared, and because even though it is a one-doctor clinic they would not let me check the CCTV, I did not like it.
