The consultation with the director was short, about 10 minutes, but he explained things well and calmly. The consultation manager (an older-looking woman) speaking to me informally was irritating. And despite it being my first nose surgery, I was told a price close to 600 including osteotomy, so I just left. My nose is not even complicated, and I already have a nose bridge; I only wanted to reduce the alae a little, but it felt like a trick to get more cash, and it was so obvious that the overall consultation was disappointing.
