First of all, the doctor was extremely kind and listened carefully to everything I said during the consultation. Some people may think kindness is no big deal, but I also used to think that as long as a doctor had skill, that was enough.. But after seeing so many doctors whose expressions change the moment you complain of discomfort or dissatisfaction after surgery and who openly show their bad mood, I started feeling self-loathing, like why do I have to keep pleasing the doctor who ruined my face. After that, I realized that skill + character are both really important. My nose was a total mess: contracted + crooked, with small nostrils + a blunt nose + skin that wouldn’t stretch and was hard, and even the alar wings were missing. I had been turned away by many other clinics saying they couldn’t do it, or just told to live with itㅡㅡso I spent years thinking about it and decided after a long consultation. At some clinics, the manager does most of the talking as if they were the doctor, but here the manager only talked about the price and the director handled the consultation, which made me trust them more. Other clinics said my nose shape would be difficult, but here they said it was possible, and in reality after the swelling went down it came out the way I wanted. The manager didn’t play games with the money and seemed to quote the same price to everyone, which I liked even more. I didn’t know this before, but if you look like an easy target, there are a lot of managers who will casually overcharge you by a million or two won. After actually experiencing it, I felt so disgusted. For the tip they used rib cartilage, and for the bridge silicone. During recovery, I didn’t like the shape and came back several times asking for as to be done, and I was a bit of a nuisance, but even though the consultation schedule was packed, the director listened to my complaints to the end and waited for me, which I’m very grateful for.
