The consultation appointment was booked after almost three weeks, and I was told it could be canceled depending on the hospital situation, but it was not canceled, so I got the consultation. Before the consultation they took photos, then used them for virtual surgery corrections during the consultation. The doctor is the quiet type who drops a few words at a time, first listens to what the patient is worried about, then says how it can be fixed, and does not really state his own opinion much. The consultation manager was neither especially kind nor especially unfriendly. During the consultation, they explained the surgery contents and methods and showed case photos.
