Booking was a bit tough... T_T I knew I'd have to wait and booked in advance, but people with urgent schedules might find it inconvenient. The director was really kind. I left feeling good. The manager also explained things well while showing me a lot of clinical photos, and they even texted me a virtual surgery mock-up on my way home. The cost was lower than I expected since I was the third one, so lol I think it was fine.
