I had some scar tissue, so my eyelids would have turned bumpy if I tried to make a buried-double-eyelid line, meaning I needed revision surgery with an incision. This was one of the few places that said they could do it with a buried method even though I was afraid of incisions. I went ahead accepting that it might get bumpy, and it did indeed turn out bumpy, but after a few retouches it became close to the line I wanted. The doctor tends to make the line low, so I think you should say from the start that you want it a bit higher.
