I made a reservation and visited, and I was about 5 minutes late, but I think I waited about 30 minutes. When I talked with the consultation manager, they were kind and not bad at all, and while we were talking the director's confidence was visible on the outside too. They kept adjusting the line and seemed to match it well to my features.
