I went for an eye consultation, and both the consultant and the doctor were kind. It was not exactly forced to pay a deposit, more like a recommendation, but I left one and then got it refunded later when I ended up having surgery somewhere else. The doctor is really good!! Kind and spent a long time on the consultation.
